Cafe Church takes place on the third Sunday of every other month (alternating with Free to Be). It has been running for about 3 years and we are delighted to be able to welcome a variety of guest speakers - some "home grown" or local and others from further afield - often highly respected theologians and preachers covering a variety of topics.  We have had Bishop John Pritchard, Rev David Day, Janet Henderson, Bishop Helen-Ann Hartley, Rev David Wilkinson, Baroness Angela Harris, Alexe Finlay, Wendy Pritchard and many many others.

We start at 4pm with Bishop John leading us in prayer, then our guest may lead a discussion or speak or be interviewed for approximately 45 mins.  Some afternoons are more interactive than others but sitting round tables the setting is informal and there is no obligation to do any other than listen and think.  We close with Compline.  All accompanied with cake and coffee.

Cafe Church is held on the third Sunday of 'odd numbered' months (ie January, March, etc), at 4:00pm.
